Bits & Bobs

  • Blue Solutions another UK trader has pricing up for Windows Home Server @ £74.44 + VAT.
  • Our Knowledge Base has been updated with another article 940882.
  • Remember Microsoft Partners with an Action Pack Subscription will NOT be getting a copy of Windows Home Server, neither will it be available on TechNet or MSDN.
  • The only available version will be the OEM copy and the 120 day evaluation copy which will be available as a disk kit that will be mailed to you for a small fee.
  • It looks likely that a evaluation download copy will NOT be available either.

Yes it’s a pity that you will not be able to download the evaluation copy but going by past experiance at least Microsoft do not charge a lot to send an evaluation copy. Glad you enjoyed the read Tyree.
