Anyone thinking about changing you server ports that are blocked by your Internet Service Provider, is just asking for trouble, because it’s against the AUP agreed upon for the service. Meaning, those that work around are liable to have their service removed and or even a lawsuit against them.

Who wants to put themselves at risk, to use WHS which was NEVER approved by your Internet Service Provider?

Who want to find their Internet service cut off for it?

Go read your AUP, for those that want to know the truth if you doubt.
