Can I Install the HP Software 3.0 Patch 2 on my MediaSmart?
Owners of the HP MediaSmart Server/Data Vault should now be receiving the 3.0 Patch 2 software automatically from HP, but remember you need the version 3 software installed to receive this software:

| EX47x | Update only available if you have ordered the 3.0 software upgrade media |
| EX48x | Update only available if you have ordered the 3.0 software upgrade media |
| EX49x | Update is available to you |
| Data Vault | Update is available to you |
| LX19x | Update is NOT available to you |
If you software is currently not available to you via the integrated HP Update feature, and it is applicable to your model then a copy of the update 3.0 Patch 2 can be downloaded from here.
