Add-In: StableBit DrivePool 1914

Another build for StableBit DrivePool has just been released.

Build 1914 changes include:

• Added DrivePool.Comm.dll cleanup code.
• [D] Updated move file code for previous fix.
• Fixed file merge move and replace (Win 7+).
• Ported back better I/O error detection from M3 regarding read / write notifications.
