CrashPlan Apps for Android Updated

CrashPlan is what we use here at MSWHS.com to back up our Home Server’s to the cloud and they have just updated their Android apps.

The updates include tablet support, in-app previews and lots more. Here the full change log:

• Support for low density screens
• Support for Android 3.x Tablets
• In-app Media Preview supports image, video and text files
• Action Bar for access to common menu options
• Support for downloading hidden files
• Support for filenames with UTF-8 characters
• When a device has no archive, the proper message is displayed
• we now display the proper error message
• If your account uses private password or private key we now display the proper error message
• Adheres to download file size limit for your account

CrashPlan provides 2 apps for android users, CrashPlan and CrashPlan Pro.
