Add-In: Drive Bender v2.1.0.0

Drive Bender v2 ER1 has been released and is out of beta.

Version 2.1.0.0 has the following change log:

• [Bug fix] If a mount point is unmounted by Windows, it may fail to re-mount.
• [Bug fix] Drive merging could fail with an error.
• [Bug fix] The file health monitor could missing certain file when scanning the pool.
• [Bug fix] The core service could fail to start is the OS language was not recognised.
• [Bug fix] Many tweaks to the Drive Bender Manager and Console.
