Add-In: StableBit DrivePool Build 1736

Wow, these updates are coming thick and fast from the guys at StableBit, as their DE replacement add-in StableBit DrivePool is now at build 1736.

This latest version includes the following changes:

• Implemented installation upgrading. Uninstall of the old version is not required anymore.
    A reboot is optional, depending on the files updated.
    Reboot is indicated on the last step of the installer.
    Dashboad tab UI will also indicate a reboot required.
• Fixed locking issue in enumerating open file contexts.
