Add-In: For the Record to Lights-Out

For the Record to Lights-Out is an add-in for Windows Home Server which connects For the Record and Lights-Out to ensure the computer wakes up for scheduled recordings, Usually with zero configuration.

For The Record is an advanced rule-based scheduling system to record your favorite TV programs to your computer and has support for MediaPortal TV Server amongst others.

For the Record to Lights-Out has the following features:

• Listens to For the Record scheduled and ongoing recordings, and creates corresponding tasks in Lights Out
• Zero configuration if For the Record and Lights Out run with default values
• Integrates into WHS console/dashboard

For the Record to Lights-Out is available for both WHS v1 and WHS 2011:

• For the Record to Lights-Out for Windows Home Server v1 1.0.4.3
• For the Record to Lights-Out for Windows Home Server 2011 0.5.1.70
