Add-In: KeepVault 2.30
The Home Server Show has posted details about an update to the online backup service, KeepVault.
Version 2.30 adds the ability to see exactly how much space you have used and also the ability to delete files from your online repository.

Just a word of wisdom (hopefully) out there to all who are looking for an online backup. KeepVault is certainly easy and ‘hassle-free’, as they claim, but has very few options. I installed it, let it start backing things up for about half an hour, and pretty much lost all my bandwidth. It really needs some bandwidth limiter, not to mention a scheduler, so it knows what times are appropriate to hog all your upload speed. I see that Jungle Disk has these options and I’m looking forward to checking them out as well.
I’m running a DSL connection that frequently clocks at 650-750 kbs upload speed.
