Add-In: WHS Port Forward 1.0.0.9

WHS Port Forward is a new add-in by Alex Kuretz which allows the user to utilize the UPnP feature of Windows Home Server to open forwarded ports from their router to their Home Server

As Alex stats:

“This is useful if you have installed a 3rd party application that requires incoming access from the internet.”

The Add-In removes the need to assign a static IP address to your server or manually forward ports on your router by simply configuring the port you would like forwarded, Windows Home Server handles it for you.

WHS Port Forward 1.0.0.8

WHS Port Forward requires that your router supports UPnP and that Remote Access is enabled on your Home Server and will inform you if it does not.

More details are available from here.
